      Shipping & Delivery

      PRODUCTION & DISPATCH TIMES:

      All of our clothing is printed and made to order in our print studio located in Australia. Production times range from 10 to 14 business days. Please note that production times can increase during holiday/busy periods. 

      We do not accept rush orders. If you have an event coming up, please order ahead of time. *Selecting 'Express Post' at checkout does not priotise your order in our printing schedule, it is simply a service offered by Australia Post for faster delivery.

      Our order system is highly automated, which means we cannot amend or change orders once placed under any circumstances. 

      DELIVERY TIMES:

      AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

      All Australian orders are shipped with tracking numbers included. We use Australia Post for all shipments. 

      Delivery times: In general, please allow 2-6 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Please note that unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact delivery times. 

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

      Delivery times: In general, please allow 5-20 business days for delivery once your order has been shipped. Delivery times vary from country to country and rely on the central postal services in the recipient country. Please note that unforeseen events such as natural disasters can impact delivery times. 

      Import duties: Please note some international orders will occasionally be charged customs or import charges upon arrival in the destination country. We are not responsible for these charges. The shipping carrier assigned to your shipment will contact you using the details on your order when placed if these import duties apply. If you do not pay these charges there is no guarantee that the order will be returned to us, no refunds will apply in this case. 

      RETURNS:

      If you have purchased the wrong size, you may be able to return the item for a store credit within 30 days of purchase. We do not accept change of mind returns. We have a strict returns process to ensure all returns are received correctly and can be re-sold to other customers. If you need to return your order, please contact us for further instructions.
